So this is my first attempt at posting a blog from my iPhone. Just 2 weeks to go before I start my adventure. Definitely been feeling lots of anxiety during this past week about leaving the girls, carrying my rucksack, finding my way, getting there etc etc etc. But yesterday I walked about 20km with my rucksack sort of finding my way and getting home 6 hours later knackered but jubilant at my achievement. In the morning I’d resisted going by putting it off – but whilst walking I visualised myself in 2 weeks time and it felt good along with rucksack, boots and walking poles, which I’ve not wanted to bring because I don’t like the noise they make! Ridiculous I know now, because they really helped me get in my stride.
